We all know the benefits of yoga, increased flexibility, better core, keeps your joints moving well, stress relief and the list could go on! But have you thought about couples yoga? Imagine all those benefits plus you get to build a better relationship, increase intimacy and trust and spend time together doing something that you both benefit from.
Using an embodied approach to couples yoga, you and your partner will explore connection, communication and intimacy through mindful movement, breath and conscious dialogue. While suitable for intimate partners, this practice allows everyone to explore interpersonal dynamics in ways that nurture all of our relationships — making it a powerful tool for teachers and counselors, corporate groups, parents and children, and all individuals seeking personal growth.
