These private 1 on 1 sessions will help you find the balance and peace you seek in your daily life while helping you reach your health goals. Whether you are seeking peace and calm in your life, recovering from an injury, or want to take your health and fitness to a new level, I will design each session to meet your needs.
You just need ONE person who shows up for you, who meets you exactly where you are, to inspire and support positive and sustainable shifts in your health and well-being.
This is what you will find in every session. Always focused on YOU!
We all know the benefits of yoga, increased flexibility, better core, keeps your joints moving well, stress relief and the list could go on! But have you thought about couples yoga? Imagine all those benefits plus you get to build a better relationship, increase intimacy and trust and spend time together doing something that you both benefit from.
Using an embodied approach to couples yoga, you and your partner will explore connection, communication and intimacy through mindful movement, breath and conscious dialogue. I will facilitate the session and hold the container, but what happens inside of that container is entirely up to you and your partner.
Because Partner Yoga is nurturing and playful as well as instructive, it is accessible to a wide range of students. Partner Yoga provides a pathway into Yoga that may have previously seemed intimidating or inaccessible.
While suitable for intimate partners, this practice allows everyone to explore interpersonal dynamics in ways that nurture all of our relationships — making it a powerful tool for teachers and counselors, corporate groups, parents and children, and all individuals seeking personal growth.
Pilates and breathing exercises can help to reduce anxiety and the incidence of panic attacks in prone individuals.
Pilates relieves stress built up in the muscles through gentle stretching and gradual conditioning.
Meditation practices and exercise have been said to improve creativity and help us manage our wide range of emotions. When we combine the two in Pilates, we get a better result for our body and our mind.
