Welcome, I’m Beth, a Registered Yoga Instructor certified in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Functional Movement.

I provide tools to help you feel empowered in a way that feels safe while reconnecting with your body through movement.

What is Trauma Sensitive Yoga?

 

Trauma Sensitive Yoga is a compassionate, gentle and effective modality uniquely focused to help Trauma Survivors heal the imprint left on their mind, body and soul by a traumatic event or experience.


Trauma Sensitive Yoga will:


  • Regain a feeling of safety within your own body
  • Calm and organize overwhelming thoughts
  • Improve concentration, focus, attention, and self awareness
  • Regulate impact of exaggerated stress responses (fight, flight or freeze)
  • Reconnect with your body
  • Release tension and physical pain
  • Assists with relaxation, sleep, and mood


Trauma Survivors may continue to experience trauma reactions long after the event has passed.

Private Yoga - Trauma Sensitive

These private, 1 on 1 sessions are customized and personally tailored to meet your physical and mental health needs.  In a private lesson I am there for only you so your individual needs are met.  You will receive the time and attention you need to feel safe and comfortable.  In these expertly guided, 1-on-1 sessions you will learn to understand and regulate your physical and emotional responses to events and triggers. This will help conquer daily stressors, calm your anxiety, heal the lasting effects of trauma.

Private Yoga

These private 1 on 1 sessions will help you find the balance and peace you seek in your daily life while helping you reach your health goals.  Whether you are seeking peace and calm in your life,  recovering from an injury, or want to take your health and fitness to a new level, I will design each session to meet your needs.


You just need ONE person who shows up for you, who meets you exactly where you are, to inspire and support positive and sustainable shifts in your health and well-being. 


This is what you will find in every session.  Always focused on YOU! 

Virtual/ Online Private Yoga
