Our Services

Kogan Counseling offers a number of mental health services.

Individual Therapy

We provide a form of mental health treatment where a therapist works one-on-one with a client in a private setting. It is designed to be personalized to the individual’s specific needs, focusing on exploring and addressing their unique concerns. The goal is to help individuals gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop strategies for managing difficult situations and improving their well-being.

Trauma Group

Each session is guided by trauma therapist, Randee Kogan, and provides a safe environment to work on healing trauma with other women who have also endured trauma and victimization.

The group dynamic offers relatability, commonality, empathy, compassion, support, and understanding. The ultimate goal is to help you connect as a group and to offer guidance and feedback to the other members based on your personal experiences.

This group gives you the opportunity to see that you are not alone.

Collaborate with Professionals and Agencies

  • Provide consult to the FBI on human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual exploitation cases.
